For those who may not know, women and girls who experience menstral cramps are experiencing the contraction of their uterus which is felt during and around menstration and can be downright painful. So next time a female confides to you, "My uterus is contracting", simply know that she most likely means that she is experiencing menstral cramps and probably is not in labour
But still is in paint.
I dislike the word 'cramp' so I choose to describe them as uterus contractions instead!
